Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Java API Developer

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain Java-based APIs to support our dynamic business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that enhance our product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java APIs using Java 8+ with a focus on lambda expressions and streams.
• Utilize Spring Boot or RESTful APIs to create and manage APIs effectively.
• Work with SQL and Java Persistence API (JPA) for database interactions.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of new features.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

• Relevant years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in Java 8+ with experience in lambda expressions and streams.
• Experience with Spring Boot or RESTful API development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and JPA.
• Willingness to provide production support.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies.
• Experience with version control systems like Bitbucket or GitHub.
• Understanding of AI prompting
