SIGMABEAR is a specialist in BIM for complex and iconic construction projects around

the world. From underground resorts and tunnels to high-rise buildings and hospitals,

we bring innovation to every stage of construction modeling.

We are expanding our team in Manila and looking for a motivated BIM Specialist to help support our projects using Revit and BIM workflows. You'll be joining a friendly, experienced team that values learning, collaboration, and technical growth.

Your Role:

  • Support 3D modeling using Revit for Architecture, Structure, MEP, and Earthworks
  • Assist with coordination across different trades
  • Contribute to a wide variety of projects like tunnels, bridges, stadiums, commercial and residential buildings
  • Ensure models follow quality standards and internal workflows
  • Work closely with senior modelers and engineers—we support each other

What You Bring:

  • A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience using Revit (academic or professional)
  • A good sense of organization and eagerness to learn
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
  • Fresh graduates with strong Revit skills are encouraged to apply
