JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for monitoring of project resources all throughout the implementation period of the project. To collect data and information related to deliverables input and output accomplished by construction team. To monitor and put on records the issued, withdrawn, returned and delivered project resources prepared and submitted by Warehouseman.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Preparation and submission of the following consolidated report:

a. Update Project Tracker based on daily accomplishment report.

b. Consolidate report submitted by Warehouseman pertaining to materials, tools and equipment.

c. Prepare accomplishment/revenue report.

d. Summary of project resources status about materials, manpower, vehicle, tools and equipment

· Prepare and submit required documents related to billing.

· Responsible in monitoring of personnel attendance cut-off and submission of manpower daily time record (DTR).

· Attend on inquiries brought out by personnel attendance concerning DTR and HR inquiries concern.

· Review engineering design, CAD drawing for monitoring of materials and manpower.

· Prepare reports and letters needed in monitoring sites.

· Perform other duties and tasks that may be assigned relative to this position.

· Complies with the proper operating procedures of safety and health standards/regulations.

· Support and implements Environmental Management System with respect to their job.

· Adheres to Policies/Procedures, Employee Code of Ethics and Conduct, and Corporate Governance.

· Protect intellectual property, Company propriety and confidential information.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineer (ECE) or Electronics Engineer (EE).

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- Familiar with statistics analysis

  • Proficient in making reports and letters

  • Proficient in using of Microsoft office applications
