We are looking for a passionate and driven Technical Consultant to join our growing IT Security team. This role will work closely with the sales and product teams to design, present, and implement cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. You will play a key part in pre-sales engagements, Proof-of-Concepts (POC), and providing post-sales technical support to ensure successful solution delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Conduct Proof-of-Concepts (POC), solution presentations, and technical workshops.
  • Prepare technical documentation and proposals for client engagements.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Security Design Architecture, OSI/TCP-IP models, and network security principles.
  • Hands-on experience with technologies such as firewalls, IPS, SASE, XDR, or Enterprise Browsers (experience with multiple is an advantage).
  • At least 2 years of experience in an IT Security technical role.
