This offshore role will be critical to ensuring the smooth operation of credit-related processes, including credit validation, assessment, monitoring, and collections management for Mid-Market and SMB clients. The Credit Control Officer will play a key role in maintaining financial health by mitigating credit risks, ensuring compliance with credit policies, and supporting the onshore credit team through cross-functional collaboration.

This position requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment. The role will involve regular virtual interactions with the onshore credit team for escalations and to align on processes, share insights, and address challenges.

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

•Experience in credit control, credit assessment, and collections management.

•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and assess credit risk.

•Proficiency in financial reporting tools and credit management systems.

•Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with offshore and onshore teams.

•Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
