Primary DetailsTime Type: Full timeWorker Type: EmployeeThe purpose of the role is to work across the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, and maintaining accurate records of all credit transactions. This role involves working closely with the finance, policy solutions and underwriting teams to monitor and manage credit risk, as well as liaising with brokers to resolve any payment issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the credit control process to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.

  • Maintain accurate records of all credit transactions and update customer accounts accordingly.

  • Liaise with brokers to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans if necessary.

  • Review reports on credit control activities and outstanding debts.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to credit control.

  • Some relevant work experience.

Qualifications:

Necessary Qualifications include:

  • Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
