Senior Credit Controller

Job Description We are looking for a new Senior Credit Controller to join our International Finance Team based in the Philippines, supporting with all our credit control activities across a portfolio of businesses in the UK, Ireland and Crown Dependencies region.   The ideal candidate will bring experience in business-to-business credit control, with ideas on how to strive for best practice, as well as being a self-starter with a hands-on, can-do attitude.Responsibilities:Maintaining accurate records / Daily update of aging report (Debtor Report)Weekly reconciliation of aging reportMaintain Client Contact listProvide detailed SOA / Sending payment reminder according to procedureFollowing up with internal & external clients by email or phone (as necessary)Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries (internal and external)Liaising with operational teamsEffective and timely completion of other activities as directed from time to timeBuild an effective relationship with all parts of the business, delivering a well-respected and efficient service for the Credit Operations processAssist with driving process optimization across the Credit Control Function Qualifications Minimum 5 years of prior experience with Credit Control / Accounts Receivable process, with a focus on Business to Business collections.Understanding of multi-currency, working in a global environment. Knowledgeable in Oracle Netsuite is a plus.
