This role involves working closely with the finance, policy solutions and underwriting teams to monitor and manage credit risk, as well as liaising with brokers to resolve any payment issues.**Responsibilities:*** Monitor and manage the credit control process to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.* Maintain accurate records of all credit transactions and update customer accounts accordingly.* Liaise with brokers to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans if necessary.* Review reports on credit control activities and outstanding debts.* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to credit control.**Work Experience:**Necessary Work Experience includes:* Some relevant work experience.**Qualifications:**Necessary Qualifications include:* Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.**Global Disclaimer:**The duties listed in this job description do not limit the assignment of work.
