Overview

As part of the Risk and Compliance team, you will analyze complex problems and manage workstreams to deliver high-quality client solutions. In this role, you will guide and mentor junior team members, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and uphold professional standards while fostering meaningful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits to assess compliance and identify potential risks
  • Mentor and support junior staff in audit methodologies and best practices
  • Analyze audit findings and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality assurance and process integrity
  • Maintain the highest standards of professional ethics and conduct
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks
  • Prepare and present clear, concise audit reports to key stakeholders
  • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of related work experience, preferably in auditing or compliance
  • Strong proficiency in both oral and written English
