Responsibilities
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and provides strategic direction to the company
- Ensure operating units are productive and are meeting their performance targets: Sales, Pre-owned, Financing and Insurance, Service/Aftersales, Marketing, Customer Relations, Dealer/Business Development
- Undertakes environmental scanning on company's competitors, market trends, business opportunities, best practices and other relevant data to serve as inputs in direction-setting and business decisions
- Formulates creative strategies and innovative solutions to promote customer satisfaction with the company's products and services
- Introduces work process improvements to promote operational efficiency and formulates/ modifies/ recommends policies in response to business requirements
- Undertakes in-depth analysis of company performance to identify causes of performance gaps and/or issues affecting operations
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any related course
- At least 13-14 years of relevant experience, 8-9 years of which are in a senior managerial capacity
