IWC Trading Inc., the exclusive distributor of Philips Mobile Accessories and Home Power products in the Philippines, is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent a globally recognized brand and contribute to our continued growth in the consumer electronics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell Philips Mobile Accessories and Home Power products to walk-in customers
  • Provide accurate product information and tailored recommendations based on customer needs
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure repeat business
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets assigned by the Head Office
  • Address customer inquiries with professionalism and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising of products
  • Generate and submit timely sales, inventory, and replenishment reports to the Channel Operations Manager
  • Stay current with product updates, promotional campaigns, and relevant market trends

Qualifications:

  • Willing to be assigned at SM Sta. Mesa
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or consumer electronics is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Basic understanding of mobile accessories is an advantage (product training will be provided)
