About the role

As the Branch Head at AGNP Corporation / Fil Siklos Enterprise', you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our Calamba City Laguna branch. This is a full-time position that will require you to lead a team of dedicated account and relationship management professionals to drive business growth and customer satisfaction in the local market.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting key performance indicators
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  3. Oversee the account management team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets
  4. Monitor branch performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed
  5. Collaborate with the regional and national sales teams to align on overall business objectives
  6. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
  7. Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of continuous learning and development

What we're looking for

  1. 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the Motor dealer industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving branch performance
  3. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results
  5. Familiarity with the local market and industry regulations in the Calamba City Laguna region
