This is a remote position.

About the role

As a key member of our Customer Team, you'll be the go-to expert on Client's products (Client Broker Management System and Client's Officetech). You'll provide essential support to our customers, including application guidance and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

● Investigate and triage customer support tickets related to Client's products.

● Manage help desk tickets, ensuring timely responses and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

● Assist customers with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new releases.

● Provide detailed information to development, integration, and reporting teams for technical issues or tasks.

● Respond directly to customers with solutions, including creating knowledge base articles as needed.

● Assist with quality assurance and testing activities.

● Support implementation and consulting teams as required.

Requirements

Skills and Experience

● At least 3 years relevant experience

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.

● Relevant industry experience (specifically insurance broking)
