Job Description Your role will involve creating the design strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional user experiences across all digital and physical products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, marketers, and executives, to shape and execute the company's product vision.v

• Design Strategy: Develop and drive the overall Product Design strategy to align with the company's business goals and user needs. Identify design opportunities and trends in the telco industry, ensuring the organization stays ahead of the curve. Establish design principles, guidelines, and best practices to maintain a consistent and cohesive user experience across products.

• User-Centric Design: Champion user-centered design principles, ensuring that customer insights and feedback are integrated into the design process. Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user stories, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for new features and products.

• Design Execution and Quality Assurance: Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines. Review and provide feedback on design concepts, prototypes, and final assets to maintain a high standard of design excellence. Collaborate with Product Innovation, Product Management, and Product Assurance & Continuous Improvement teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and maintain consistency across platforms.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product, Digital Growth, IT, Marketing, and other stakeholders to align on product goals, prioritize design initiatives, and ensure smooth execution. Communicate design strategy, rationale, and insights to cross-functional teams, executives, and external partners. Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders, facilitating effective collaboration and cross-pollination of ideas.

Skills and Competencies:

• Expertise in user-centered design principles, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

• Deep understanding of digital product development processes, including agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• Minimum 7 years senior-level in Business or Product Strategy roles preferably in the telecommunications industry, preferably in the telco industry or other relevant domains.

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team of designers.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of successful product designs and user-centered solutions.
