Job Summary:
Lenderly Finance Corp. is seeking a diligent, responsible, and results-driven Field Collector and Credit Investigator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of our company by ensuring efficient collection activities, minimizing delinquencies, and accurately documenting and tracking collection efforts and expenses. The ideal candidate will be adept at fieldwork, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be committed to ethical debt collection practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily collection activities, including field visits, to resolve and prevent account delinquency.
Perform targeted loan collection duties to ensure that the company meets its financial targets and keeps delinquent accounts to a minimum.
Maintain an efficient and up-to-date record of all collection efforts, ensuring documentation is accurate and comprehensive.
Record and document field expenses accurately to monitor and control operational costs.
Execute collection efforts as assigned by the Lenderly Finance Corp Loan Officer, ensuring that all assigned accounts are adequately managed.
Schedule and manage timings for field visits to optimize coverage and effectiveness.
Coordinate with the Collection Supervisor to provide updates on account status, share findings, and relay feedback from clients during field activities.
Uphold the company's reputation by ensuring that all collection practices are carried out ethically and in compliance with national regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in debt collection, credit investigation, or a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of lending and collection practices, laws, and regulations in the Philippines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical debt collection.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry systems.
Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively across assigned regions.
Education:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; further certification or a degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
