Job Summary:

-Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Field. Must hold a valid Philippine Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) License as a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer. At least 1 -5 years of experience in an Engineering or Maintenance role within a Poultry Dressing Plant, Food Processing Plant or similar manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Poultry Processing Equipment, Refrigeration Systems and Utilities (e.g., Boilers, Compressors, Water Treatment). HACCP Certification Required; FSSC 22000 or ISO 22000 Certification Preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to details. Good Leadership and Team Management skills. Willing to work on-site and flexible with working hours.

Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and maintain plant machinery, equipment and utilities to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and product quality. Coordinate with production, quality assurance and other departments to resolve technical and operational issues. Ensure compliance with food safety, environmental and occupational health standards. Prepare and manage engineering budgets, maintenance schedules and spare parts inventory. Lead and supervise the plant engineering and maintenance team. Support capital projects and new equipment installations as needed.
