Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Audit Assistant based in Metro Manila. The Audit Assistant will support internal auditing processes by examining financial statements, monitoring compliance with internal policies and regulations, and evaluating financial operations. Responsibilities include preparing audit reports, organizing documentation, identifying discrepancies, and assisting in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting, financial analysis, and understanding of auditing principles
  • Attention to detail, ability to identify discrepancies, and strong analytical skills
  • Organizational and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidential information
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations and internal auditing standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in relevant spreadsheet and finance/audit software tools
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
  • Previous auditing experience or exposure to finance-related roles is a plus
