Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Python Developer to maintain, optimize, and improve our existing systems. You'll be part of a collaborative team that includes developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, working together to deliver a secure, high-performance platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance Python-based web applications and APIs
  • Optimize system performance and scalability
  • Implement new features and updates based on business needs
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB) to ensure data accuracy and speed
  • Collaborate with front-end and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integrations
  • Apply security and data protection best practices
  • Stay current with Python ecosystem updates and web development trends

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Python development
  • Strong knowledge of frameworks such as Django or Flask
  • Experience maintaining and scaling production systems
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration
  • Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Version control experience (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket)
  • Understanding of Agile development workflows
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • CI/CD pipeline experience (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker)
  • Background in the HR tech or screening industry (a plus)
