Job Summary:
The HR Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role assists in recruitment, employee records management, benefits administration, and other HR-related functions. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding procedures, including preparing employment contracts and new hire documentation.
- Conduct initial orientation for new employees.
2. Employee Records & Documentation:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
- Ensure all employee files are complete and compliant with company policies and labor laws.
- Assist in handling employment contracts, promotions, and other HR-related paperwork.
3. Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
- Assist in benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Support conflict resolution efforts by documenting employee concerns and escalating them appropriately.
5. Compliance & Policy Implementation:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed by employees and management.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
6. General HR Administrative Support:
- Handle HR-related correspondence and documentation.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience (fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19, Php20,500.00 per month
