Job Summary:

The HR Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role assists in recruitment, employee records management, benefits administration, and other HR-related functions. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding procedures, including preparing employment contracts and new hire documentation.
  • Conduct initial orientation for new employees.

2. Employee Records & Documentation:

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
  • Ensure all employee files are complete and compliant with company policies and labor laws.
  • Assist in handling employment contracts, promotions, and other HR-related paperwork.

3. Payroll & Benefits Administration:

  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
  • Assist in benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support conflict resolution efforts by documenting employee concerns and escalating them appropriately.

5. Compliance & Policy Implementation:

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed by employees and management.
  • Assist in monitoring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

6. General HR Administrative Support:

  • Handle HR-related correspondence and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience (fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,500.00 per month
