The Opportunity

We're currently on the lookout for a talented Project Manager with both print and digital experience to work in our Project Management team.

Leave Credits Description:The employee shall be eligible to receive a maximum of twenty (20) accrued leave credits per calendar year which may be used for SL and VL with an accrual rate of 1.67 leaves per month upon commencement of employment.

HMO Principal Description:The employee shall be eligible for an HMO plan upon hire with coverage of Php 300,000 per illness per year.

HMO Dependent Description:The employee shall be eligible to enroll one (1) free dependent upon hire with the coverage of Php300,000 per illness per year. HMO eligibility and hierarchy of dependent shall be subject to the guidelines and standards of the HMO provider.

Group Life Insurance Description:The employee shall be eligible of up to Php1,000,000 coverage under a Group Life Insurance policy upon hire. Claims shall be subject to the general guidelines and required documentation set by the service provider. Failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of any claims. Exclusions and exemptions from claiming this benefit are defined under the exclusion sections of the general guidelines of the GLI policy.

Birthday Leave Description:The employee shall be entitled to additional one (1) paid time-off annually on top of the accrued leave credits.

Reimbursable Internet Allowance Description:The employee shall be eligible for a monthly reimbursable internet allowance of up to Php2,000.00, provided that the employee must submit official receipts and supporting documents to account for the expenses.13th Month PayDescription:With a minimum rendered work of at least one (1) month during the calendar year, the employee shall be entitled to a 13th Month Pay equivalent to 1/12 of the employee's gross monthly salary multiplied by the number of months worked or earned within a given calendar year to be released on or before Dec 24 of every calendar year, subject to the computation as provided by the Labor Code and other pertinent issuances of the Department of Labor and Employment.

Compensatory Time Off Description:The employee shall be eligible to receive an additional leave credit equivalent to the number of work hours rendered upon the employer's request outside of regular working hours and during non-working holidays. CTO credits shall be earned based on the setup of the business operations. All earned CTO credits shall expire at the end of the current calendar year unless a special arrangement has been set otherwise.

Key Function

The Project Manager works with the Project Management and Account Direction teams to deliver projects to our healthcare clients – both print and digital.

• Manage multiple digital projects (including developing new websites and applications, maintaining and optimizing existing websites, emails, banners, and digital campaigns – alongside a number of print assets too).
• Meeting with or discussing requests with your Account Director and scoping these requests.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the best solution is offered.
• Develop project quotes, and solutions, working closely with the strategy (experience) and creative team as needed.
• Document the project scope in a detailed project definition or project estimate.
• Manage the day to day, ongoing project budget and resources.
• Develop and maintain overall project schedules.
• Develop and maintain ongoing project documentation to ensure successful delivery i.e., wip documentation.
• Book resources and ensure that tasks are scheduled and completed according to schedule.
• Document copy, creative, HTML, technical and finished art briefs and briefs into internal staff and freelancers.
• Manage communication with your Account Director, including initial scoping meetings, prep for client WIP meetings and progress updates.
  • Update the clients on WIP meetings of the progress of the projects.
• Update the Orchard team on progress, provide insights and feedback based on lessons learned.
• Effectively manage your time to ensure that concurrent projects are managed within project timelines and budgets.
  • Flag any concerns and work alongside your Account Director to ensure problems are resolved before they impact the client.
• Conduct testing and proofing, working independently or with the QA team.
