Tasks & responsibilities


• Purchase supplies and materials at best price & on time delivery while maintaining best quality and maintaining minimum inventory level.

• Do over-all production and office purchasing requirements.

• Make Purchase Plan, compile and summarize for approval.

• Compile approved POs and attached proper RRs and Invoices to be forwarded to accounting.

• Do purchasing and logistics scheduling for approval of Procurement Head

• Maintain purchase plan and material ledger
