About the role
We are seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team at Laxus Hot Spring Resort. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of our marketing strategies and campaigns. This is a full-time position based in Caloocan City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns to promote the resort's offerings
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
- Contribute to the creation of engaging marketing materials, including social media content, email newsletters, and promotional collateral
- Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies
- Assist with the management of the resort's online presence, including website updates and social media channel management
- Provide administrative support to the management including data entry, monthly reporting, and organisation/inventory of resort assets, etc.
What we're looking for
- Strong interest and some experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry
- Bachelor's degree required for this position
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content
- Fluency in both Filipino and English languages required
- Proficient in using various marketing tools and software, such as social media platforms, email marketing tools, and graphic design applications
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Canva or Photoshop required
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment
