HIRING: ACCOUNTING OFFICER

LOCATION: TRECE MARTIRES CITY CAVITE

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience ( minimum of 1 year) in accounting, finance, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, procedures, and regulation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is a requirement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Competent organizational and management skills.
  • With attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Possesses good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Will ensure integrity and professionalism in handling confidential financial information.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in the role.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including book of accounts, journal entries, ledgers, and accounts receivable/ payable.
  • Reconcile financial transactions, accounts, and discrepancies to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Assist with month-end and year end closing processes, including reconciliations, adjustments, and accruals.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payment, expense reports, and other financial transactions.
  • Assist with payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and reconciliations.
  • Monitor and track financial transactions, expenses, and budgets to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such procurements and logistic, administration and engineering operation to coordinate financial activities and support business operation.
  • Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
