Job Summary

The SEC Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely and compliant processing of company registrations and reportorial requirements with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). This role ensures the organization's legal and regulatory standing is maintained by overseeing corporate filings, licensing, and other government-mandated documentation processes. The role also supports administrative coordination to enhance efficiency and compliance across operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process company registrations and amendments with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
  • Ensure timely submission of post-registration reportorial requirements and maintain a tracker of all filing deadlines.
  • Monitor the status of SEC applications and maintain accurate documentation for licensing and corporate compliance.
  • Coordinate the preparation and filing of BIR Tax Identification Number (TIN) applications and related compliance requirements.
  • Handle applications and documentation for Transfer of Shares with the BIR, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable laws.
  • Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance with relevant agencies (SEC, BIR, etc.) throughout the corporate lifecycle.
  • Provide administrative support to clients and internal departments, particularly on documentation-related inquiries.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in communication via email, phone, and other platforms.
  • Order and manage office supplies and administrative needs as required.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in regulations and internal processes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
