We are looking to fill several roles for Tax Managers and Tax Specialists who can ensure tax compliance across several companies.

The ideal candidate is a Licensed CPA or Lawyer with at least 4 years of experience.

These roles will oversee tax compliance and planning, as well as report generation, accurate filings, audit readiness, and strategic tax initiatives. This position requires a strong background in Philippine tax law, including BIR regulations, as well as familiarity with SEC and LGU filings. Knowledge of import and export regulations is also of great advantage. You will play a key role in identifying potential tax exposures early and supporting sound tax strategy implementation.

The ideal candidate is also capable of managing a team and coordinating with both internal departments and external auditors.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate, manage, and review the preparation of tax returns for several entities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing and payment of all monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes.
  • Manage BIR tax audits, including documentation, responses, and coordination with involved teams.
  • Identify tax exposures ahead of BIR audits or notices (LOA, PAN, FAN/FLD).
  • Identify potential tax risks and implement proactive strategies and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with SEC filings (GIS, AFS) and LGU business permits.
  • Review audit findings with external auditors and propose corrective actions.
  • Track changes in tax laws and assess implications for the company.
  • Develop and maintain effective internal tax policies, controls, and procedures.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and staff on tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Guide and mentor individual tax staff under each principal company and across the tax team.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed CPA or Lawyer (preferred)
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws and BIR audit processes
  • Familiarity with SEC and LGU compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to manage multiple entities and tax portfolios
