About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Associate & Customer Relation to join our dynamic team at Zenella Food Trading. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and fostering strong relationships with our valued customers in San Miguel Pasig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and services
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for our digital platforms and promotional materials
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Analyse customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future marketing initiatives
  • Support the coordination of various marketing events and activities
  • Contribute to the overall success of the marketing department and the company as a whole

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or customer service role, preferably in the food industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using marketing and customer relationship management tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Keen attention to detail and a customer-centric approach
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges
