About the role

Our client is looking for a Customer Journey Expert to improve how they communicate with clients around payments and correspondence. This includes making processes more digital, user-friendly, and efficient through their Inside Business Portal. You'll act as the link between business users and IT, making sure customer and employee experiences are seamless, safe, and compliant.

What you'll do

  • Work with the Product Lead and your squad to enhance payment and correspondence solutions.
  • Talk to users, gather feedback, and translate their needs into clear requirements for IT.
  • Continuously improve the product based on user input, regulations, and business needs.
  • Bridge business and IT by ensuring smooth delivery and performing user acceptance testing.
  • Ensure products meet risk and compliance standards (e.g., IT risk, RCSA).
  • Use agile methods (design thinking, lean startup) to design and deliver customer journeys.
  • Share knowledge, give feedback, and work closely with colleagues across domains.

What we're looking for

  • 3–5+ years of relevant work experience (banking, operations, or product-related roles).
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to simplify complex problems, and make decisions with data.
  • Experience or affinity with Wholesale Banking, Front Office, or Operations.
  • Growth mindset: proactive, curious, adaptable, and eager to drive change.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • A team player who can also work independently and thrive in an agile setup.
