Job Description
  • Lead product development in Agile/Scrum environments, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Define and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features, enhancements, and bug fixes
  • Act as the voice of the customer to ensure the product meets user needs and expectations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback
  • Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements and accept completed work
  • Make strategic decisions to maximize product value and deliver measurable business impact
  • Drive continuous improvement in product delivery and team collaboration
  • Ensure alignment between product goals and organizational objectives
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on data and user feedback
The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Analyst, CJE - Data & Analytics, should have:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong background in data delivery or project management
  • Demonstrated success in launching and managing impactful products
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment
  • Experience in wholesale banking and lending (preferred)
