About the role

We are seeking a talented Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION'. This full-time position is based in Antipolo City Rizal and will involve providing excellent customer service through non-voice communication channels.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other digital channels
  2. Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
  4. Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions
  5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
  6. Adhering to all company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO call center environment
  2. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  4. Proficient in using various digital communication tools and platforms
  5. Customer-focused mindset and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  7. Familiarity with the Call Centre & Customer Service industry and its best practices
