Sales & Marketing Execution ( 50%)

  • Drive office revenue growth by executing distributor growth incentive programs and aligned relevant partner marketing activities in a timely manner
  • Guide and support the distributor in building executable, timely annual and quarterly marketing plan based on regional and local strategy and sales targets
  • Drive distributor readiness in building their capabilities in ESD sales motion and defining the right go-to-market strategy that is relevant for their partners.
  • Ensures distributors and their partners are driving brand consistency and execution excellence both instore and online. Able to ascertain the merchandising fundamentals and provide recommendations/plans for rectification when and if needed. Supports and coaches distributors to build partners digital capabilities, ensuring brand consistency and execution excellence between the online and offline motions
  • Manage and report on the quarterly funding allocation and MDF planning with Distributor to ensure effective utilization of resources with maximum ROI
  • Develop locally relevant best practice execution playbooks to be leveraged by distributors and their top retail partners for their regular activities.
  • Land category program with proper guidance to drive scale and demand with partners.
  • Support the distributor recruitment, and coaching of the Disti Champ program to drive execution excellence and operational support in both sales and marketing (eg POE)
  • Sets marketing objectives and analyze performance results against execution activities to identify cause, opportunities and action plans
  • Ensures compliance requirements are mets from both brand perspective and local regulations
  • Partners with local influence team (training, ExpertZone, market managers) to ensure assets and resources are being leveraged and distributed in a timely and efficient manner. Ensures distributor and partner receive comprehensive brand and product training (in person and/or digitally) on a regular and trackable basis
  • Providing the guidance to distributors on preparation of reports/scorecards including monthly, quarterly and annual sales & marketing performance.

Partner Relationship Management (10%):

  • Be the trusted advisor to the key contact points of the distributor organization, to drive sales, marketing and business development efforts in office attach & modern PC growth, with a challenger mindset.
  • Build strong relationships with all levels of the Distributor organization to support & influence alignment with Microsoft's business strategies and sell-out & sell thru momentum.

Account Management (20%):

  • Establish and co-ordinate Rhythm of Business to drive sales & marketing executions, sales forecasting, quarterly business updates with distributors and top partners.
  • Assists in account planning with building actionable and realistic distributor FY account plans (sales and marketing) to land CSO priorities and strategies, along with top retail partners growth strategies and new opportunities.
  • Initiates the planning and drives the follow through with distributors on their quarterly joint business plans, focusing on executable sales & marketing activities that drives sell thru with partners, identifying office attach growth opportunities, setting aspirational targets, and effective utilizing of resources to deliver optimum ROI.
  • Act as the interface between Microsoft and the distributor and can work with multiple internal and external stakeholders (eg Category, Supply Chain, local 3rd party agencies) to drive execution, share insights, manage expectations.

Business and Partner Insights (20%):

  • Provides regional sales and marketing leads with on-ground business & in-country market insights to support business strategies and enabling distributors size up growth opportunities.
  • Gather and evaluate market intelligence and data analytics to provide recommendations to the business and to the distributors
  • Able to provide feedback and insights on market, consumer & partner sentiments and recommendations on growth and opportunities
  • Leverage on internal reporting tools to share insights to partners to support sell-thru opportunities, mitigation plans, and forward planning discussions.
  • Share understanding of the country competitive landscape and address competitive opportunities with Distributors to drive modern devices.
  • Use learnings to influence the sales motion in countries or learnings from other countries and at the store/reseller level. Collect and package insights from partners/OEMs/channels, consumers and Retail Pros to help inform execution and enhance positioning, presence and conversion

Qualification

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing execution, particularly in managing distributor-led programs to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong ability to develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with regional sales strategies.
  • Skilled in partner enablement and readiness, with experience guiding distributors on ESD sales motions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Adept in both online and offline brand execution, including merchandising, digital capability-building, and brand consistency.
  • Expertise in Marketing Development Funds (MDF) planning and ROI analysis to maximize resource effectiveness.
  • Capable of creating localized execution playbooks and landing large-scale category programs with partners.
  • Experience managing distributor programs, including recruitment and coaching for sales and marketing excellence.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to set KPIs, evaluate performance results, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Knowledge of local compliance requirements and ability to align with brand and legal standards.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (e.g., training, market managers, agencies) to ensure seamless asset distribution and training rollouts.
  • Trusted relationship builder with key distributor stakeholders to drive alignment with business strategies.
  • Skilled in account management, including business reviews, sales forecasting, and joint planning sessions.
  • Excellent coordination across internal and external stakeholders to ensure execution success and partner alignment.
  • Strong data analytics and market intelligence capabilities, with the ability to derive actionable business insights.
  • In-depth understanding of competitive landscape and ability to translate learnings into actionable sales and marketing tactics.
  • Must be open in field work
  • Salary Range: Php 90,000-95,000
  • Must have a background in IT Sales
  • Must be okay in accepting 18-month contract (deployed to Microsoft)
