Job Description Prepares Request for Information (RFI) pertaining to tender/bid documents and existing site conditions Plans and organizes technical submittals for tendering/bidding, including Site Utilization Plan, Tender Schedule, Table of Organization, Construction Methodology, Manpower and Equipment Loading, Quality Control Plan, Health, Safety and Environmental Program, etc. Leads development of a project presentation of construction methodology if required by Owner/Construction Manager during tender/bid process Liaises with Site Engineers to develop construction work methodologies Coordinates and collects weekly/monthly progress updates from Site Engineers Updates the Project Execution Schedule based on actual progress on site Generates Look ahead and Critical Path Schedules Analyzes updated schedule and recommends mitigation to recover delays Generates S-Curve and Cash flow projection Incorporates Modification/Change orders into the Project Execution Schedule Qualifications Graduate of BS Civil Engineering with a professional license At least two (2) years of construction experience as Site Engineer or Quantity Surveyor Knowledgeable in Project Management Software P6 Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications Seniority Level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Industrial Machinery Manufacturing and Engineering Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at DDT Konstract, Inc. by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
