AJob Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and organized Accounting Staff to join our team. This role involves handling general accounting functions, financial reporting, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate has experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and taxation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

Regardless, we are open to highly trainable and driven Fresh Graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Assist in payroll processing and statutory contributions.
  • Handle tax compliance, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate tax filings.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Assist in financial reporting, budget preparation, and audit requirements.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably with tax exposure. Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials and high potential are also encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of BIR tax regulations, filings, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Work Location: Cebu Business Park, Cebu City

Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00AM-5:00PM
