About the Role

We're looking for a Merchandiser to join our growing activewear retail team. The role will focus on ensuring that all stores are well-stocked, visually appealing, and aligned with brand and sales objectives. The Merchandiser will oversee product flow, monitor stock performance, and coordinate closely with purchasing and store operations teams to drive sales and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product and Stock Management

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels across assigned branches (BGC, QC, Alabang).

  • Monitor product assortment, replenishment, and stock turnover.
  • Coordinate transfers between stores to balance stock availability.

  • Stock Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyze sales, stock movement, and sell-through data to identify trends and fast/slow-moving items.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly inventory and sales performance reports.
  • Recommend reorders, markdowns, or product adjustments based on analysis.

  • Purchasing and Coordination

  • Work with the purchasing team to plan and execute stock orders based on demand forecasts.

  • Liaise with suppliers and logistics to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate with store managers and visual merchandisers to align stock display with promotions and campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in merchandising, inventory management, or purchasing (preferably in retail or fashion).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willing to travel regularly between assigned branches (BGC, QC, and Alabang).
