As an In-House Clinic Nurse in a Company setting, you'll play a vital role in promoting employee wellness and ensuring workplace health and safety.


Primary Duties

Your daily duties will include:

  • Providing immediate care such as first-aid, wound dressing, and basic treatments
  • Conducting initial assessments (vital signs) prior to physician consultations
  • Assisting the Retainer Physician during physical examinations
  • Maintaining accurate health records and work clearance logs
  • Tracking clinic census and preparing regular health reports
  • Monitoring and managing clinic medical supplies
  • Dispensing over-the-counter medications
  • Coordinating post-Annual Check-up results
  • Assisting employees in filing PhilHealth claims and processing LOA for outpatient services
  • Supporting employees during medical emergencies, including facility accompaniment when needed

Qualifications

Education:

  • BS Nursing graduate with a valid license

Experience / Knowledge:

  • Familiar with clinic operations and health systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • IV insertion and phlebotomy training preferred
  • Computer-proficient and capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments

  • Flexible, detail-oriented, and a positive team player
  • Compassionate and dependable
  • Amenable to rotational shifts, including graveyard schedules
