About Us:

BHotels is a boutique hospitality establishment located in Angeles City, Pampanga, designed to cater to both Business and Leisure travelers. With our intimate 24 rooms, we aim to create a warm, home-like atmosphere, where guests feel genuinely cared for. We are the classic bed and breakfast, offering two types of rooms (Queen & Twin), and a homegrown restaurant named Brunch at Agave, which offers known Western and Filipino breakfast classics. We also cater to business folks with our Conference Room area, which is designed for corporate meetings & such.

Job Description

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. This position requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
  • Change bed linens and replace towels and toiletries
  • Dust, vacuum, and mop floors
  • Replenish supplies and report low inventory to management
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
  • Ensure a high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
  • Follow hotel procedures and health & safety standards
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams as needed
  • This is a multi-tasking job, and requires a detail oriented person

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
  • Good physical condition (must be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods)
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
