Best Tools is hiring a SIA – Stockman for our ANGELES, PAMPANGA branch

Position Overview:

The SIA – Stockman will be responsible for managing store inventory and stock control. The role includes receiving, organizing, and maintaining accurate records of goods to support daily store operations. Applicants must be open to training in Manila.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and verify incoming stock for accuracy and quality.
  • Properly store and organize merchandise in assigned areas.
  • Update and maintain accurate inventory records in stock cards or electronic systems.
  • Participate in stock counts and help reconcile variances.
  • Assist with general stockroom organization and housekeeping.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and team members regarding deliveries and returns.
  • Observe safety and security guidelines in handling store inventory.

Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in stock handling, inventory, or related tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory systems and stockroom procedures.
  • Willing to attend training in Manila.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physically fit to carry out stock-related duties.
