Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Wintel Systems Administrator to manage, support, and maintain Windows-based server environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in server administration, system monitoring, patching, and Active Directory management. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to ensure high system availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily Windows Server administration, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct regular server monitoring to ensure optimal system performance and uptime.
  • Execute patch management tasks, ensuring systems remain updated and compliant with security standards.
  • Manage Active Directory tasks including user assignment, group policy updates, and access control.
  • Respond to system alerts, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain documentation for server configurations, processes, and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to support infrastructure improvements and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience Requirements:

  • 2 years of Windows Server Administration
  • Strong experience in server monitoring and patching
  • Proficiency in Active Directory user assignment and management

Skills:

  • Solid understanding of Wintel systems, security, and infrastructure best practices
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks
  • Good communication and documentation skills
