  • Drive innovation within the IT infrastructure domain, exploring and implementing new technologies and practices to enhance business operations.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to seek out efficiency gains and performance enhancements.
  • Ensure high levels of performance in IT services delivered, measuring against key performance indicators and service level agreements.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach to IT support and service delivery, ensuring user satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Participate in continuous professional development by attending training/seminars.
  • Plans and takes the lead in orientation and training of new personnel. As well in the continuing development of present personnel.
  • PERFORMS OTHER TASK AS MAY BE ASSIGNED BY THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of Two (2) year experience in the same capacity
  • Strong understanding of software and hardware troubleshooting techniques
