Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Systems Administrator with hands-on experience in network administration, Windows Server management, and server alert monitoring. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of IT systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize Windows Server environments.
  • Perform routine network administration tasks, ensuring secure and stable operations.
  • Monitor server alerts and respond to incidents to maintain system uptime and performance.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement system improvements and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience:

  • 1 year Network Administration (Cisco)
  • 1 year Windows Server Administration
  • 1 year Server Alert Monitoring

Skills:

  • Experience with Cisco networking devices and configurations.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server environments and domain administration.
  • Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve server alerts and system incidents promptly.
  • Good troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and system maintenance procedures.
