About the role

This is a full-time role based in General Santos City, South Cotabato at Century Pacific Agricultural Ventures Inc., As the Cost & Inventory Analyst, you will play a crucial part in the company's cost accounting and inventory management processes, supporting the strategic goals of the organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyze and report on production costs, inventory levels, and other key financial metrics to provide valuable insights to management
  • Develop and maintain robust cost accounting systems to accurately track and allocate costs across the business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline inventory management processes and minimize losses
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations to support decision-making
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and internal policies

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
  • 1-3 years of experience in a cost accounting or inventory management role is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful insights
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other relevant systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of cost accounting principles, inventory management best practices, and relevant regulations
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
