Join our team at Century Pacific Agricultural Ventures Inc. as a Filling Machine Operator Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchaser to manage the procurement of goods and services for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, placing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining cost efficiency and quality.

  • Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with vendors.
  • Place purchase orders and monitor the fulfillment process.
  • Vendor Relationship Management:
  • Maintain and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality products and services.
  • Address any issues related to product quality, delivery timelines, or discrepancies.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
  • Coordinate with the inventory and warehouse teams to manage the supply chain efficiently.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and ensure the organization stays competitive in terms of cost and quality.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product developments.
  • Contract Negotiations:
  • Negotiate favorable contract terms and conditions with suppliers.
  • Ensure that contracts are in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders, supplier communications, and transactions.
  • Prepare and analyze purchasing reports for management.
  • Cost Management:
  • Monitor and control purchasing costs to stay within budget.
  • Seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IE or any business course, preferably with procurement-related experience, willing to be located in Tangub, Ozamiz City. Computer literate and with good communication skills.
