Position : Site Mechanical Engineer

Project : Nautilus – Calatagan Batangas

Deployment : January 2025

Job Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 Year(s) Experience in Mechanical Works monitoring & supervision of mid to high rise residential building.
  • Preferably a Registered Mechanical Engineer.
  • Possesses above average intellectual ability; Computer literate and other software; Can communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing; With good interpersonal relation skills.
  • Trustworthy, focused, meticulous and systematic in approach; With extreme patience, persistence and flexibility in the course of work implementation; With good moral character and professional integrity.
  • Has Experience in reviewing plans, cost estimates, and specifications for conformance with the standard specifications. Checks the materials delivered and its workmanship. Reports any deviation or seemed contrary to the plans and specifications as against any acceptable engineering standards considering the Client's interest in terms of quality, economy and time.
  • Monitors implementation of the construction plan and ensures compliance with issued specifications, procedures, and engineering standards through close physical inspection during the execution of the project and installation of equipment and materials delivered by the Contractor.
  • Knowledgeable in the preparation of progress reports for mechanical works of the project. Prepares necessary correspondence, daily inspection report and punch lists and maintains records of changes and field notes. Prepares recommendations on approval of progress payments and change orders.
  • Performs related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Can start immediately
  • Willing to be assigned in Calatagan, Batangas.
