About the team

You will join the Cloud Quality team responsible for ensuring the quality of the

Cloud Platform, one of our most strategic products. As a new leadership role, this position offers

the opportunity to build a QA team from scratch, shape its culture and processes, and collaborate

directly with development and product teams. You will work in a hybrid setup from our Cebu

office, with close collaboration across international IONOS teams.

Main responsibilities

Build, lead, and develop a small QA team.

Design, structure, and execute comprehensive test cases.

Ensure high test coverage and maintain quality standards.

Collaborate closely with development teams and product managers.

Guide and mentor the team in understanding cloud infrastructure and the IONOS

platform.

Conduct regression testing of web applications.

Perform cross-browser user interface testing.

We appreciate

International experience in managing teams;

Proven experience in QA, with a focus on UI testing.

Experience with both manual and automated testing approaches and tools.

Solid understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure components.

Ability to create and manage test plans independently.

Comfortable working in Linux environments and logging into servers.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Would be a plus

Experience with automation tools like Selenium or Playwright.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.

Knowledge of observability tools for debugging and monitoring.

Previous work on cloud-native platforms or SaaS products.
