Job Summary:

The Sales Associate supports EkoCircles' mission of promoting responsible e-waste recycling by engaging customers, partners, and communities in our collection and sustainability programs. This role focuses on building awareness, driving participation, and achieving sales and partnership goals through excellent customer interaction and knowledgeable advocacy of EkoCircles' services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage clients and community members to promote EkoCircles' e-waste collection and recycling initiatives.
  • Educate customers about the environmental impact of e-waste and the benefits of responsible disposal.
  • Achieve sales or collection targets by encouraging participation in EkoCircles' take-back programs and service packages.
  • Assist in setting up and managing collection booths or partner drop-off points.
  • Provide product and service information, handle inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate sales and collection records, and report performance metrics to the Sales & Partnerships team.
  • Support events, campaigns, and sustainability drives to strengthen EkoCircles' brand presence.
  • Uphold company standards on customer service, integrity, and environmental advocacy.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate (Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or related field preferred).
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or community engagement is an advantage.
  • Passion for sustainability, recycling, or environmental awareness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, persuasive, and comfortable engaging with the public.
  • Willing to work on-site in malls, events, or community areas, including weekends and holidays.

Work Environment:

  • Field-based role with regular presence at malls, collection points, and public events.
  • Requires standing for long periods and handling light materials during setup or collection.
