Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Calumpit. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating sales, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing detailed product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, participating in sales meetings, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Sales skills, including lead generation and effective negotiation abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and develop sales strategies
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the recycling or sustainability industry is a plus
