JSC is responsible for providing back-office support to business units of Jardine Matheson (JML) by administrating transactional and rule-based activities including Finance, HR, IT and Procurement. We aim to deliver world-class services to our customers in a cost-efficient manner via process standardisation, application of state-of-the-art technologies and process simplification.

As part of Jardine Service Centre, we are looking at establishing application support teams for a number of our target systems such as Microsoft Dynamics D365, Tagetik, ServiceNow, Workday, Peoplesoft and Salesforce. Our aim is to provide better technical support, enhancements and to take advantage of the SaaS product roadmaps and upgrades. We are looking for someone to structure and plan this exciting plan.

Responsibilities:Design, develop, and customize Canvas and Model-Driven apps using PowerAppsAutomate business processes using Power Automate (Flow)Integrate PowerApps with various data sources such as SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse, SQL, Excel, and third-party APIsCollaborate with business stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Troubleshoot issues and perform regular maintenance to ensure application performance and reliability

Create and maintain documentation of applications, data flows, and processes

Stay updated on the latest features and best practices within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem

Implement security models and ensure data governance across apps

Review and assess any change requests raised during project's implementation.Participate in project updates, brainstorming and design sessions as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field3+ years of experience in developing solutions using PowerApps and Power AutomateHands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform components

Strong knowledge of connectors, formulas, expressions, and conditional logic in PowerApps and Power AutomateFamiliarity with Dataverse, SQL databases, and REST APIsUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies

Experience with Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and/or Azure Logic Apps is a plus

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
