Responsibilities
  • Partner with teams to gather business requirements and create recommendations aligned with company objectives.
  • Analyze the impact of proposed solutions on performance, security, and costs, including future enhancements.
  • Design, implement, and maintain solutions using Power Platform and SharePoint technologies.
  • Ensure technical solutions align with overall architecture and roadmap by translating business requirements into effective designs.
  • Lead solution delivery using Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD, testing, and deployment strategies.
  • Work closely with development teams to create new solutions or enhance existing ones.
  • Review design issues and provide guidance to developers, support engineers, and administrators on defect resolution.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including requirements definition, solution design, security, and transition plans.
  • Identify areas for improvement, analyze architectures for weaknesses, and recommend enhancements.
  • Conduct system security assessments to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Provide post-deployment support and maintenance for at least 12 months.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI, Power Pages) and SharePoint (architecture, development, rollout, maintenance, data management, migration).
  • Strong expertise in solution architecture involving server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies, and plug-ins.

  • SharePoint Development Framework (SPFx)
  • .NET, C#, Visual Basic, Visual Studio
  • REST APIs, XML, JSON, SQL, and database engines
  • Proven ability to analyze complex technical, managerial, and operational issues.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product management, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills in English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
