Rizal, Philippines ESSI Firm Full time ₱35,000 - ₱400,000 per year

The QA/QC Officer is responsible for ensuring that all design plans, construction works, and deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications. This role involves regular site inspections, audits, and coordination with project teams to maintain compliance with industry regulations and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and inspect design documents, drawings, and construction outputs for compliance with approved standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure work meets project requirements.
  • Monitor construction processes and identify deviations or non-conformities.
  • Prepare inspection reports and recommend corrective actions when needed.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to resolve quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (licensed preferred).
  • Experience in QA/QC or quality inspection work.
  • Background in housing development or construction industry is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
