About the role

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at Bureau Veritas S.A. in Rizal Calabarzon. This full-time position will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our water utility project, leveraging your expertise in electrical/electronic engineering.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes for electrical and electronic systems related to the water utility project
  • Oversee and coordinate the testing and inspection of electrical installations, equipment, and components to verify compliance with project specifications, relevant codes and standards
  • Analyse technical data, reports, and drawings to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the project meets quality, safety, and performance requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians
  • Document QA/QC activities and maintain detailed records to support project reporting and audits

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience as a QA/QC Electrical Engineer, preferably in the water/wastewater industry
  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
  • Thorough understanding of electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards applicable to water utility projects
  • Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and commissioning reports
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
