BASIC FUNCTION
The IDM Receiver / Coordinator is responsible for receiving all indirect materials ordered by the company thru purchased orders. He ensures that all items received match the company's requirements. He is also responsible for stocking and issuing materials such as office and factory supplies needed for the company's daily operations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College degree in any Business, Industrial, Management, or Engineering-related course.
- Knowledge in inventory, warehouse management, and logistics.
- Experience in Planning and Inventory Management is an Advantage but not a requirement.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for receiving all indirect material and compare Sales Invoices and Delivery receipts to company purchase orders and ensuring that the products in each delivery match the orders and are in good quality.
- Responsible for proper storing of the items in their appropriate places.
- Responsible for the issuance of materials to support the needs in daily operations.
- Regularly monitor and conduct cycle count to measure and maintain inventory dependability.
- Create a request of purchase to replenish materials used for daily operations
- Monitor stock on hand versus materials requisition to minimize unserved and overstocking
- Collect and review reports to uncover any data errors and coordinate correction.
- Contribute new ideas and improvement.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Pay: Php18,070.00 per day
